1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phjl5 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjl5 online gaming platform available at https://phjl5.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, services, and features (collectively, the "Services"). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

To access the Services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency. Each User is permitted to maintain only one account with phjl5. Opening multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or other identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and upon discovery, all associated accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or winnings forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to immediately notify phjl5 of any unauthorized access or security breach. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations and commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, phjl5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identification card (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account). Your first withdrawal request will typically trigger a mandatory KYC verification process.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents is a serious offense and will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action. 3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are processed instantly upon confirmation, while bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Over-the-counter cash deposits are credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours after payment verification. phjl5 does not charge deposit fees for transactions of ₱500 PHP or greater. Deposits below ₱500 PHP may incur a processing fee of ₱20 PHP. Please note that your payment provider (bank, e-wallet operator, or payment center) may charge separate service fees which are beyond phjl5's control.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phjl5 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity. The Company reserves the right to request documentation proving the source and legitimacy of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in deposit refusal, account suspension, and reporting to relevant financial authorities.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP for e-wallet withdrawals and ₱1,000 PHP for bank transfers. 4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days, with funds reaching your bank account within 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

phjl5 does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions of ₱1,000 PHP or greater. Withdrawals below ₱1,000 PHP may incur a processing fee of ₱30 PHP. Daily withdrawal limits are set based on your account verification level: unverified accounts may withdraw up to ₱10,000 PHP per day; verified accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 PHP per day; VIP accounts enjoy customized higher limits. These limits are subject to change and may be increased or decreased at the Company's discretion based on your account history and transaction patterns.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As an anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If you deposited via GCash, your withdrawals will be processed to the same GCash account. If you used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be proportionally allocated to those methods in the order deposits were made until the total deposited amount is returned, after which you may withdraw remaining winnings to your preferred method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phjl5 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed on the promotional page or in the bonus terms document. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require wagering of the bonus amount plus deposit amount a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Standard wagering requirements for phjl5 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the combined bonus and deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000 PHP and receive a 100% match bonus of ₱1,000 PHP with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ₱60,000 PHP (₱2,000 × 30) before you can withdraw any winnings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games like blackjack and roulette contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by phjl5 to constitute unfair exploitation of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse. All promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the phjl5 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 6.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, technical errors, or when a bet would create excessive liability. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. Casino game results are final once the game round is complete.

6.3 Voided Bets and Errors

In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to a technical glitch, erroneous game results, or system malfunctions), phjl5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: odds that are clearly incorrect given the game situation, duplicate bets caused by system issues, or bets accepted after an event has already concluded. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjl5 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or identity
• Colluding with other players or using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering
• Using stolen payment methods or providing fraudulent payment information
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward phjl5 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing account trading or selling

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate. phjl5 cooperates fully with legal investigations and may disclose User information pursuant to valid legal process.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Company-Initiated Closure

phjl5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or when required by law or regulatory directive. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to the Company, provided the funds were legitimately obtained and wagering requirements have been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, phjl5 offers self-exclusion tools allowing you to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Services. You may request a cooling-off period of 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place wagers. 9. Liability and Disclaimers

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9.3 No Warranty

The phjl5 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that game results will be profitable, or that the Platform will be secure from hacking or viruses. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjl5 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of phjl5 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The phjl5 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform except as necessary for your own personal use. Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is grounds for immediate account termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the phjl5 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phjl5 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. You agree to participate in good faith in any mediation or arbitration process as may be required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjl5 concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of phjl5. The Company may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity without your consent, provided that such assignment does not materially adversely affect your rights under these Terms.
